Siddhivinayak
The artist feels there is something beautiful about seeing the deity without the usual temple view being obscured by boxes of pedas and flowers offered by devotees. Sometimes, there are so many offerings that it is difficult to see the idol clearly.
She painted this version for a devotee who wanted to see Siddhivinayak in a simpler form, with just a touch of fresh green banana leaves. Let the prayers begin.
